How we handle your information.

Ribbons Digital (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This page explains what personal information we collect through ribbons.digital, why we collect it, and how long we keep it.

What we collect

When you use the contact form or email hello@ribbons.digital, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide so we can reply to your enquiry. We do not sell personal information. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this marketing site.

Server logs on Cloudflare may include IP address, User-Agent, and request metadata for security, abuse prevention, and reliability. Contact form submissions are emailed to us via Resend when that integration is configured.

How we use it

We use contact details only to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the engagement you asked for. We do not use contact-form messages to train AI models.

Retention

Enquiry emails are retained as long as needed to handle your request and for ordinary business record-keeping, then deleted or archived according to our internal retention practice. You can ask us to delete an enquiry by emailing hello@ribbons.digital.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@ribbons.digital. If you are in Australia, our handling of personal information is guided by the Australian Privacy Principles.
